INSTRUCTIONS

1. Read and sign the online Service Agreement
   • Include the promo code found on the gift certificate (required)
2. Book an appointment – Call (650) 550-0086 or email here
   • Availability: 11am, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm
3. Submit the gift certificate at the beginning of the appointment
   • Required for service(s) to be rendered

IMPORTANT DETAILS

1. Service area is limited to Millbrae, San Carlos, and the cities in between.
2. Overtime fees by the half hour shall apply if the consultation exceeds one (1) hour.
3. Cancellation and “No Show” fees apply – see Service Agreement for details.
4. Organized By Christine, LLC (“Company”) reserves the right to refuse service at any property that it deems at its sole discretion to be unsafe or otherwise untenable.
5. Gift certificates are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
