I will do a complete walk through of your space, assess your situation – clutter, storage, use of space – and give you organizing tips and product recommendations. I will also give you space planning solutions based on your furniture and room layouts that will optimize the overall flow and create a more functional, inspiring environment.

$195 — Per room or space
$295 — Homes up to 2500 sq ft
$395 — Homes > 2500 sq ft
 

Organizing Sessions

I organize spaces inside the home that are used every day – closets, kitchens, bedrooms, shared areas, and home offices – and that impact people the most. Included with each organizing session is an initial assessment, a critical first step.

$395 — 1 Session   (3 hours)
$750 — 2 Sessions (6 hours)
$999 — 3 Sessions (9 hours)
 

Other Fees

Travel Fee – My service area includes Millbrae down to San Carlos. If outside this service area, a $95 travel fee per visit will apply.

Cancellation & “No Show” Fees – If notified 24-48 hours of the appointment, 50% of the session rate will apply. If notified within 24 hours of the appointment, or no notice is given, the full session rate will apply. Cancellation fees must be paid before appointments can be rescheduled.
